Lead Teacher - Preschool Classroom Full Year (37.5 hours per wk)

The lead teacher is responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate program that fosters children's overall growth, self-Esteem, and social competence, while adhering strictly to head start philosophy and standards. This role involves developing individual goals, continuous assessment, facilitating transitions, and providing guidance to assistant teachers and classroom support staff.

Candidates must possess an associate's degree while working towards a bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field, along with an eec lead teacher certificate and access to reliable transportation. Fulfillment of all health and safety requirements, including background checks and necessary physical/Immunization records, is mandatory.
