The Summer Youth Worker position is part of the Teen Summer Employment Program. Participants are matched with local employers and receive career readiness training, mentoring, and ongoing support to develop job skills, explore career pathways, and access resources that support both academic and personal growth. The program offers paid summer employment, with participants working up to 20 hours per week on weekdays. Positions are based in Fitchburg and Leominster MA, depending on placement.

Making Opportunity Count Summer Youth Worker (SYW) position through our Jobs4Youth program is designed to promote career development, exploration, and professionalism skills for young people. The program offers a three-month paid summer employment experience for 14 - 24 years old. There are various offices and departments for SYW. This is temporary work available from June – August.
