IIH-BA Behavior Technician- Somerset/Hunterdon/Union Counties

The behavior technician implements individualized applied behavior analysis (Aba) programs for children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities under the direct supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) in home settings. Key duties include delivering 1:1 aba therapy, recording client progress data, implementing skill acquisition programs, and following behavior reduction protocols.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent with three years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification is required within 90 days if applicable.
