BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN- Belvidere/Blairstown

The behavior technician implements individualized applied behavior analysis programs for children with developmental disabilities under the supervision of a bcba. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 therapy, maintaining accurate data, and following behavior intervention protocols.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate or bachelor degree in a related field preferred. Candidates must be able to pass background checks and possess the physical ability to perform tasks like lifting and sitting on the floor.
