Youth Care Worker - 3rd shift

The youth care worker is primarily responsible for the direct supervision of youth in care, ensuring constant line-Of-Sight and maintaining a safe environment. This role also involves documenting youth progress and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates must be 21 years or older with at least one year of previous work or volunteer experience with juveniles. A bachelor's degree in a human services field and orr residential care services experience are preferred, and bilingual fluency in english and spanish is required.
