Swim Instructor

The swim instructor will provide direct leadership, prepared instruction, and motivation for students in swimming classes, teaching beginning to advanced swimming and safety skills according to age and class level. Key duties include preparing lesson plans, safely instructing strokes, completing required reports, communicating with parents, and assisting with fundraising and cleaning protocols.

Candidates must be at least 15 years old and preferably have six months or more of related experience, enjoying work with youth and diverse populations while being able to demonstrate basic swimming skills. Applicants must pass background and reference checks and be willing to complete mandatory online and in-Person training, including child abuse prevention training on the first day.
