Teen Program Coordinator

The coordinator will organize, implement, and maintain teen programs in partnership with spanaway middle school, focusing on delivering a quality experience aligned with ymca core values. Key duties include managing participant engagement, implementing behavior management systems, assisting with parent events, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess one year of experience in childcare or education, with preference for experience with youth aged 10-15. Required certifications include cpr, first aid, and aed, along with the ability to pass background and reference checks.
