Club House Facilitator

Facilitators guide students through homework help, academic enrichment, physical activities, and leadership training while adhering to program quality guidelines. Key duties include providing general supervision, planning activities aligned with youth program quality standards, and fostering student self-Esteem and motivation.

A bachelor's degree and/Or training in child development is preferred, along with at least two years of professional or volunteer experience working with young people. Candidates must possess basic organizational and communication skills, a commitment to equity, and the ability to manage conflict professionally.
