Epic Principal Trainer

Principal trainers develop and maintain role-Based training programs for epic application user roles, creating instructional materials, maintaining documentation, and assisting with training environment setup and testing. They serve as expert educators, presenting technical topics clearly, following up with trainees, and managing training project tasks according to established timelines.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with current epic principal trainer certification specific to the application area (Ambulatory, registration/Scheduling, or billing). Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in ehr systems analysis, design, build, and support, preferably including epic implementation and troubleshooting.
