Core responsibilities
The assistant volleyball coach contributes to the successful execution of objectives set by the head coach, participating in planning, design, implementation, and management of team strategy, while analyzing, coaching, instructing, recruiting, retaining, and advising student-Athletes. Key duties include leading all aspects of recruiting as the recruiting coordinator and assisting with on-Court training, practice sessions, scouting, and game adjustments.
Requirements summary
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and some experience coaching volleyball at the intercollegiate and/Or professional level, with a strong commitment to ncaa/Acc compliance and positive energy. Preferred experience includes three to five years of division 1 coaching and experience as a recruiting coordinator.
