Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities include providing direct client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training, following prescribed behavioral protocols, and collecting, recording, and summarizing client behavior data. The role also involves assisting with parent/Caregiver training and ensuring timely documentation is completed according to procedures.

Candidates must hold and maintain current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification from the bacb and be willing to undergo a company background check. A minimum of a high school diploma or ged is required, along with reliable transportation and being at least 18 years old.
