1 and group therapy using intensive teaching and natural environment training, following prescribed behavioral protocols outlined in individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing client behavior data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation.

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 45 days of employment, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged, and be at least 18 years old. Essential requirements include reliable transportation, the physical ability to perform job duties like lifting up to 50lbs, and demonstrating high levels of reliability, professionalism, and patience.
