1 and group therapy using intensive teaching and natural environment training, strictly following prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols outlined in the client's treatment plan. Responsibilities also include collecting and summarizing client behavior data, assisting with parent training, and ensuring timely documentation completion.

Candidates must maintain current registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification or obtain it within 45 days of employment, requiring a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and being at least 18 years old. Essential requirements include reliable transportation, the physical ability to perform job duties like lifting up to 50lbs, and strong reliability, professionalism, and patience.
