Sr. EMR Imp & Training Specialist II

This specialist is responsible for translating system functionality into training materials, developing and maintaining the emr training environment, and delivering customized curriculum and coaching to employees. They also manage proficiency assessments, quality control, and coordinate support for software releases and go-Lives.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with over five years of relevant work history, and must obtain relevant software module certification within six months. Essential qualifications include strong analytical, problem-Solving, communication skills, and a demonstrated understanding of effective adult learning principles.
