Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Direct support professionals provide supervision and hands-On, person-Centered individualized care and support to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting. Responsibilities include implementing behavioral interventions, assisting with daily living activities, and working collaboratively with a supportive team.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals who have autism and developmental disabilities, along with a high school diploma. Essential requirements include proficient english skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver's license for at least 3 years, and the capacity to implement physical restraint when needed.
