Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Direct support professionals provide supervision and hands-On, person-Centered individualized care and support to adults with autism and other developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting. Responsibilities include implementing behavioral interventions, assisting with daily needs like toileting/Showering, and performing general tasks such as house cleaning and job coaching.

Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience working with individuals who have autism and developmental disabilities, along with a high school diploma. Essential requirements include proficiency in english, valid driver's license for at least three years with an insured vehicle, and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 pounds.
