• Compensation & Incentives Base Compensation: $78,000 - $90,000 annually based on experience.
• Between $6K - $18K a year in bonuses, calculated monthly and paid quarterly.
• 20 days PTO and 7 paid holidays.

Qualifications

Required: Master or Doctorate Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.

Licensed Professional as per state guidelines (if applicable).

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
