The Behavior Analyst develops and directs individualized treatment plans for children with behavioral health and developmental disorders. They also provide training and support to Behavior Health Technicians and monitor behavioral data.
Candidates must have a Master's Degree in a relevant field and hold both Licensed Behavior Specialist and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certifications. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, clearances, and mandated reporter training.
The Behavior Analyst (BA) develops and directs the individualized treatment of children diagnosed with behavioral health and developmental disorders.
The BA provides training and support to the Behavior Health Technician (BHT-ABA) on appropriate therapeutic interventions targeted to reduce client(s) maladaptive behaviors and increase adaptive behaviors as outlined in the child’s Individual Treatment Plan. Services are provided in the home, school, and other community settings.
This position reports to the assigned IBHS Supervisor and the IBHS Director.
**Sign-on bonus of $5000 paid after successful completion of 90 days.**
