Discovery Therapy, company that truly cares for our family of therapists, is seeking ABA-PCA, RBT, Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our Early Intervention team!
Discovery Therapy is seeking an excellent ABA-PCA, RBT, PCA to join our Early Intervention community team within Philadelphia County.
Services will be for children with a variety of developmental and/or learning disabilities that are in the need of ABA-PCA, RBT, PCA services.
We have full-time, part-time, and contract/per-diem positions available. *1099 Contractor Position*

The ABA-PCA, RBT, PCA will work directly, one-on-one (1
- 1) with children in preschools, daycares or centers environment. Generally, the kiddos we help will receive support for 3-7 hours each day.

- PCA therapist will work 1:1 with the child to ensure their success in preschool, daycare or home environment.
Responsibilities
- Include:
- One-on-One (1:1) support for kiddos
- Providing assistance to children who could have behavioral challenges, medical/physical limitation or a neurological diagnosis
- Implementing instructional strategies
Requirements
- High School Diploma REQUIRED
