  • In collaboration with lead teachers, the Teaching Assistant helps ensure an engaging and inclusive learning environment by building strong relationships with students, reinforcing routines, and delivering academic instruction aligned to the school's values and learning goals.
  • Teaching Assistants are empowered to lead whole group, small group, and individualized instruction as needed, and contribute meaningfully to lesson implementation and classroom management.

  • Responsibilities & Duties Lead and Support Instruction: Facilitate whole group lessons, small group instruction, and one-on-one support aligned to daily academic goals and lesson plans; adjust instructional strategies based on student needs and engagement.
