Substitute Lead Teacher

The substitute lead teacher plans and facilitates developmental activities for children's physical, intellectual, emotional, and social growth under the supervision of the director or coordinator. Responsibilities include developing classroom arrangements, maintaining activity schedules, assisting in staff supervision, and assuming operational responsibility in the director's absence.

A bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood development or a related field is required, along with a minimum of eighteen credit hours in early childhood education. Desired qualifications include relevant early childhood work experience and education.
