Preschool Teacher

The preschool teacher will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging classroom space, utilizing a growth mindset to inspire learning, and implementing the proprietary l.e.a.p. Curriculum® for assigned age groups. They must also maintain a safe, nurturing environment and communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.

Candidates must possess a genuine passion for the education and care of children, with a minimum requirement of six months of professional teaching experience, though one year is preferred. A high school diploma or ged is required, while an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
