Teacher Assistant

The primary role involves assisting with the implementation of group programming, monitoring child participation, and adjusting activities to maximize enjoyment in consultation with the lead teacher. Essential duties include providing competent supervision and daily care, ensuring activities are conducted safely, and using positive guidance techniques with children.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for completing or being willing to complete a child development associate (Cda) credential. A minimum of one year of experience working with children is required, along with the physical and mental capacity to provide routine daily care and react quickly in emergencies.
