New Grad Registered Nurse Residency Program

Partners with an rn preceptor to support patient care through observation, documentation, and clear communication, while assisting with physician and nursing care plans to ensure safe, coordinated care delivery. Responsibilities also include monitoring, communicating, and documenting changes in patient condition to strengthen clinical thinking and judgment.

Candidates must possess a registered nurse credential from the texas board of nursing and a diploma from an accredited nursing school or professional licensure at the time of hire. A basic life support (Bls) provider certification is required within one month of the hire date, and less than one year of rn experience is preferred.
