Behavioral Health Therapist

Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment goals and provide appropriate documentation of patient care.

A master's degree is required along with licensure from the illinois department of financial and professional regulation. Candidates must have credentials such as lcsw or lcpc prior to hire.
