  • Graduate Clinical Intern (Unpaid—Full Academic Year) Effective School Solutions (ESS) School-Based Mental Health Services About ESS Effective School Solutions (ESS) is a leading provider of school-based mental health services for K–12 students, serving over 2,000 students across nine states.
  • ESS delivers high-acuity clinical care within public schools, helping students with significant emotional and behavioral needs achieve academic and mental health stability.
  • About the Internship ESS is seeking a graduate-level Clinical Counseling Intern (Master’s in Clinical Counseling) for a full academic year unpaid placement.
  • This internship offers hands-on experience providing school-based mental health services under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
  • Interns will be embedded within one school site and will work as part of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
