Experienced ABA Therapist - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The primary responsibility involves supporting children with autism by implementing behavior support plans focused on teaching functional language, developmental milestones, self-Help, self-Advocacy, and social skills. Technicians must also work collaboratively with the team, receive clinical supervision, and accurately collect and summarize data as required by the treatment plan.

Candidates must be energetic individuals with at least one year of experience working with children with autism, potentially holding roles like paraprofessional or direct support professional. A college degree in any field is preferred, and applicants will undergo an rbt competency exam to determine starting pay and competency level.
