Implement behavior support plans to teach functional language, social, and self-help skills to children with autism. Collect and summarize data according to individualized treatment plans while collaborating with BCBAs and other therapists.
Requires at least 1 year of experience working with children with autism. A college degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred.

We are currently looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Paraprofessionals who have at least 1 year of experience working with children with Autism to become a part of our Cole Health team where your days are centered around your passions, growth aspirations and extreme job satisfaction. Experienced candidates will be given an RBT Competency Exam to determine starting pay rate based on their experience before being hired. All RBTs will have their competency levels re-assessed every 6 months. There are 6 levels of RBT competency, each one comes with additional responsibilities/growth and pay.
$18.00-$20.00/hour depending on RBT Competency Exam/Experience
