Job Coach

The job coach provides individualized services to clients to help them overcome personal and social barriers to success in community employment. Responsibilities include training, evaluation, goal setting, and acting as a liaison with employers to ensure long-Term job retention.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working with people with disabilities in a rehabilitation environment. A clear driving record and valid driver's license are also required.
