Core responsibilities
The behavioral consultant will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and monitor individualized treatment plans (Itps), and implement strategies prescribed by licensed professionals. Collaboration with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams is essential to support client progress.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be licensed in pennsylvania as a behavior specialist or hold relevant certifications and degrees in behavior analysis or related fields. Experience in mental health direct services with children/Youth is also required.
