Guide a teaching team in creating plans, goals, and leading hands-On activities tailored to the needs and interests of 4- And 5-Year-Old children in the classroom. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's daily milestones while ensuring a safe and clean classroom environment.

Candidates must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or ged, and must pass required state and company background checks. Preferred qualifications include one year of teaching experience in child care settings and a degree or cda in early education, along with demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (Dap).
