Sports Based Youth Development Specialist - Assistant Coach

The assistant coach will supervise students during meals, physical activities, and school events, while also assisting in special event coordination. They will monitor student transitions, provide support and feedback, and engage with families to ensure student involvement in academics.

Candidates should have knowledge of coaching and sports-Based youth development, along with the ability to multi-Task and deliver high-Quality work. A commitment to the organization's mission and values, as well as strong communication skills and a passion for serving at-Risk youth, are essential.
