Sports Based Youth Development Specialist - Volleyball

The coach will execute the sports-Based youth development (Sbyd) curriculum, leading sessions that teach athletic skills and life skills, while coaching teams in competitions and ensuring core values are upheld. Key duties also involve extensive student monitoring, documentation, intervention, outreach (Calls/Visits), and collaboration with academic staff.

A bachelor's degree is required, along with a demonstrated ability to multi-Task effectively while maintaining high-Quality work. Candidates must be committed to the organization's mission and core values, embracing restorative practices and a strength-Based approach to working with at-Risk youth.
