Summer Day Camp Counselor

Counselors facilitate program activities and curriculum to meet ymca objectives while modeling core values like caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. They are directly responsible for the supervision, behavior management, and safety of an assigned group of students, maintaining constant sight and sound supervision.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and preferably have a high school diploma or equivalent, with one year or more of college preferred. Candidates must be able to actively participate in all activities and obtain required certifications, including cpr/Aed and first aid, within 30 days of hire.
