The youth leader supports the site director by engaging with youth in a nurturing childcare setting, delivering engaging curriculum for before/After school programs and day camps, and modeling relationship building with youth, parents, and the community. Essential functions include supervising children, providing opportunities for youth leadership, maintaining clean and safe program sites, and adhering to all safety and emergency policies.

Requirements summary

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and complete necessary registrations, background checks, and program-Specific trainings upon job offer, including annual ten stars hours. Preferred experience includes working with children, the ability to develop authentic relationships across diverse backgrounds, and commitment to ada compliance, along with proof of mmr vaccination.
