Optometrist

The optometrist will provide high-Quality vision evaluations, including full refractions and ocular health assessments, as part of a mobile clinical team serving underserved communities. Key duties also involve prescribing appropriate vision correction devices and ensuring proper patient instruction and documentation.

Candidates must possess an ohio optometry license and be prepared to work up to five days a week, commuting throughout portions of montgomery and/Or butler counties in a mobile clinic setting. Successful applicants must also pass a department of justice background check (Livescan) and a drug test.
