Summer Education Specialist Queens

The education specialist oversees the implementation of the summer curriculum, assesses its effectiveness, and provides daily observation and feedback to activity specialists and counselors. They are also responsible for planning and implementing staff development related to instructional strategies and classroom management.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and a department of education (Doe) teacher certification. A minimum of three years of classroom experience in an urban setting is also required for this role.
