Early/Head Start Astoria - Home Visitor

The home visitor conducts weekly home visits to provide education, resource referrals, and developmental assessments for children and their families. They also act as an advocate and liaison between families and community resources while maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least one year of experience working with children. Proficiency in microsoft office and knowledge of child safety, health, and family dynamics are required.
