Lead Teacher Preschool

Lead teachers are responsible for managing the classroom and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. They also mentor less experienced teachers and communicate regularly with parents about their children's progress.

Candidates must have at least one year of professional teaching experience and an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices is also required.
