The speech/Language pathologist evaluates clients and develops treatment plans to enhance communication and swallowing skills. They also coordinate with the rehabilitation team and instruct clients in necessary skills while maintaining documentation.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in speech/Language pathology and be licensed or eligible for licensure in virginia. A certificate of clinical competency from the american speech/Language/Hearing association is also required or eligibility to participate as a clinical fellow.
