Wraparound Facilitator SW

The wraparound facilitator is responsible for facilitating family preservation and support services for families eligible for wraparound services. This includes collaborating with the child and family team, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and advocating for families during court processes.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a mental health or child welfare-Related field and a state of michigan professional license. Additionally, a minimum of three years of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of minors and their families is required.
