Family Resources Coordinator

The family resources coordinator supports families and caregivers of children aged birth to three with developmental delays by coordinating services and resources through the early support services program. Key duties include completing initial intakes, assisting with applications for services like medicaid and ssi, developing individualized family service plans (Ifsp), and facilitating parent support groups.

A bachelor's degree in a health or education-Related field is required, with a master's degree in social work or an rn license preferred, alongside two to three years of relevant experience. Candidates must also possess a valid driver's license and complete necessary state background clearances and immunizations.
