ELA Teacher - Middle School

The teacher is responsible for delivering high-Quality instruction aligned with florida b.e.s.t. Standards, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment, and supporting student academic and personal growth. This includes developing differentiated lesson plans, managing the classroom effectively, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues and families.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree in education or a related field along with a valid florida educator’s certificate and successful completion of a level 2 background screening. Preferred qualifications include endorsements in esol, reading, or gifted education, and prior experience in a k-12 public or charter school setting.
