Teacher's Aide 1 - East Granby

The teacher's aide assists the head teacher in preparing and delivering daily activities, actively participating with children during all activities and playtimes while ensuring quality and innovation. Responsibilities also include maintaining the cleanliness of toys and materials, communicating concerns immediately to the supervisor, and adhering to all required training hours.

Candidates must be at least 16 years old and have previous experience working with children, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with children, families, and staff. Required qualifications include obtaining connecticut child care, adult & child cpr certification within 90 days, and possessing good oral and written communication skills.
