Community training specialist

The specialist will support four individuals with autism moving into a new home by assisting in developing opportunities for community inclusion and providing positive role modeling and mentorship. Responsibilities also include the preparation and implementation of program goals, service plans, progress notes, and treatment plans while nurturing positive relationships with stakeholders.

A minimum of one year of experience in the human service field is required, though internships or volunteer work can substitute for formal experience. Candidates must possess a valid massachusetts driver's license and should ideally have direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
