Community training specialist

The community training specialist will support four individuals with autism moving into a new home, focusing on promoting social inclusion and providing mentorship to enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting in developing community opportunities and preparing and implementing program goals, service plans, progress notes, and treatment plans.

A minimum of one year of experience in the human service field is required, though internships or volunteer work can substitute for formal experience. Candidates must possess a valid massachusetts driver's license and should ideally have direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
