Case Manager

The case manager will provide comprehensive case management services, including conducting intake assessments and developing individual service and support plans to help participants overcome personal, legal, and social obstacles. Responsibilities also involve coordinating group sessions and advocating for participants regarding needs like housing, finance, and employment readiness.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of two years of direct service or case management experience. Required skills include strong computer proficiency (Google suite, databases), knowledge of baltimore city community resources, and a valid driver's license.
