Behavior Technician - After School Hours (Part Time 10-30 Hours)

The behavior technician provides clinical skills instruction and implements behavior reduction protocols based on applied behavior analysis principles for children with developmental disabilities across various settings. Responsibilities include planning and implementing intervention strategies, recording data, reinforcing positive behavior, and assisting with parent training under bcba supervision.

Candidates must be 21 years or older and possess either a bachelor's degree in a human services field with one year of relevant experience, or an associate's degree (60 college credits) with a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience working with youth needing behavior management. Strong organization and communication skills are required, and registered behavior technician certification is a plus.
