Partner with head start families in their home to promote positive parent-Child interactions, development-Centered parenting, and family well-Being to ensure a thriving child. This includes weekly visits, documenting progress, and collaborating with families on goals established in case plans.

A minimum of a home-Based cda credential or comparable coursework is required, though an associate’s degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, be able to lift 40 pounds, and commit to extensive travel within the assigned service area.
