Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Key tasks involve conducting intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments, and designing individualized positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with tailored goals. The role also requires supervising and training aba technicians while modeling and monitoring progress, alongside providing supportive communication during family conversations.

Candidates must possess an active board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba) credential and must have or be eligible to obtain state licensure. Furthermore, applicants must be eligible to provide supervision to registered behavior technicians.
